| The cloth measures 112" by 88" or 285 cm by 223-224 cm. Brussels lace on either side is 23", a 7" wide flounce of Point De Gaze goes all around the piece, and numerous other laces throughout. In overall good condition, the central part has some openings in ground, and there are some other small openings. Lace is good and strong.
